[Usagi wasn't sure how they all decided to take a quick trip to Domino, but she was happy for it. She would get to see the place where Marik made a name for himself. Be able to explore a new city, and over all make more memories with her friends. The girls decided to go with them as well, which made it easier when it came to getting transportation and hotel rooms. Plus, going as a group and not on a date made it easier to convince her parents.

Leaving their hotel room, she turned to Marik, gauging his expression. She had a feeling he might be nervous being back in a place that was both good and bad. They could take things at his pace. If he wanted to show her around, or if they wanted to explore, that was fine. Either way, she would be happy as long as they got to spend time together.]

The girls said we could meet up with them later in the day. I know Ami-chan wanted to visit a museum or two, and Mina-chan wanted to do shopping...

[Usagi told her boyfriend, her hand easily slipping into his, hoping it would help calm any nerves.]

I'm curious to what you'd like to do. We could wander the city, or stay at the hotel and enjoy a relaxing day.

[Heck, they could make a game of pointing out how many 'KaibaCorp' symbols or buildings were around if he wanted.]

We can do whatever you'd like, Marik-kun.

[She could if she wanted. Marik was just being shy - not uncomfortable or against her wanting to pry.

He ends up becoming even more sheepish when she presses that kiss to his chin. You're making it difficult not to smother in affection, Usagi!]

I'm h-happy you're here too... We'll get this... all figured out, I promise.

[Was Marik being sheepish or was he pulling away from her? It was hard to read at the moment as she was starting to get sleepy again, but realized it was the former not the latter.

Maybe she kissed a sensitive spot? Was that the issue? She moved her head to the left and kissed a spot right beneath his jawline. ]

I know…I know we will. [Because there’s nothing that love can overcome, right?

He wasn’t the same Marik as before…and Usagi would protect him with everything she was.]

Are…are you okay? [Usagi pulled away to see her boyfriend’s face. This had to have shaken him up too.]

[She could kiss anywhere and he'd give the same reaction at the moment. At least until he started getting more worked up. Then it would change up a bit.

When Usagi pulls back, Marik tilts his head slightly and blinks. A smile quickly reappears though and he gives her an eskimo kiss.]

I am. Because I'm with you.

Mmm...[Usagi managed to let out a weak chuckle. Her eyes fluttered shut, enjoying the affection he gave her. She nuzzled him back, managing to sneak another kiss along his jawline again.]

But...Is that really it?

[Was he truly fine? Or was he saying that to help soothe her?

She wanted him to be honest with her, but again, didn't feel like she could push the issue. If she couldn't press him on what he meant by "courting" then she surely couldn't press him on his feelings.]

[Her kisses are starting to rile him up a bit. Marik utters a quiet purr, his grip around Usagi's waist tightening a bit.]

Mmhmmm...

[His smile shows he's being genuine. While yes, he is still a bit worried, being able to ask in his girlfriend's presence and get showered with affection has him feeling far better than earlier. He tilts his head down to place a kiss to her cheek.]

[The purr was low enough for Usagi to pick up on. It reminded her of how cat like her boyfriend was. She nuzzled the spot she kissed, unaware of the effect she was having on him. ]

Alright…if you say so…

[She murmured back, sighing happily from the kiss on her cheek. Part of her was still concerned about how he was feeling, but if he was fine…then she would take him at his word. ]

[Oh, Usagi. You make it more and more difficult with each passing second. He lets out another pleased hum as he kisses her cheek again. (He really should just let her sleep...)]

How about you? You seem like you're becoming more relaxed...

[ Usagi should go back to sleep, but her mind is too active now. Between wondering what Marik meant by courting, informing Luna of her nightmare…it was a lot to think about.

Or maybe not, since Marik’s kisses made her mind quiet down.

Without thinking, she pulled him closer to her, tilting her head back to allow him to kiss more than just her cheek.]

I…am. I’m starting to wind down…still concerned about you…

[It was a lot to think about. Something he'd worry about in the morning though. It was just the two of them for once and he wanted Usagi to be happy and feel at ease.

Another nuzzle before he leans in to give her a soft kiss on the lips.]

Don't worry about me, okay...? I promise I'm fine. You just focus on yourself.

[There was plenty of things they could worry about in the morning—including if they got enough sleep or not, and what they should have for breakfast.

Usagi lets out a soft hum of agreement, tempted to lean in and steal another kiss when he was so close. ]

Can’t help it…love you too much to not worry.

[It was a way to show she cared. He had been so focused on her that she wanted to remind him that she could take care of him as well.

Starting with another soft kiss to his lips and then to the corner of his mouth. ]

[Marik feels his cheeks turn hot at her words. He chuckles sheepishly, slowly running a hand up her back.]

I love you too, Usagi...

[Any kiss to the lips she gives him, he returns, and pulls her more closely against him, holding her protectively. While he may be the cause of her nightmares, he'll make damn sure he doesn't cause any future ones.

Instead now, he'll pamper Usagi and show her how much he truly loves her.]

[Marik running his hand on her back was soothing. It helped slow down her mind and bask in the affection he gave her. He was helping to chase away the shadows and doubts that lingered in the corners of her mind.

She didn’t blame him for the nightmare, not one bit. If he tried to blame himself, she would tell him not.

There was another happy hum from the blonde, feeling bold (and calm) enough to return his kiss. She parted her lips in an attempt to deepen it, to pour more of her feelings for him into that moment.

She would never stop loving him. ]

[Oh. Oh.

Marik's eyes widen and his heartbeat picks up when he feels her deepen the kiss. This is new. Exciting. But he shouldn't overdo it. The tomb keeper takes her invitation, keeping in mind to take things slow. He gently runs his tongue over Usagi's before letting himself melt and softly nudging his tongue against his girlfriend's.

He wants her to feel loved, to feel like he worships the ground she walks on.]

[Neither of them should over do it after the nightmare Usagi faced. They should try to relax rather than get riled up from a few kisses. It was hard not to though! Not with how Marik was making her feel, or how she was starting to want more.

More of his tongue brushing against hers. More of his hands wandering her body. More or him in anyway he felt comfortable with.

This was new territory for her…but she was slowly giving in. Her tongue nudging back against his. Her hands moving down his front with her fingertips brushing over the hem of his tank top.

At that point her lungs were screaming at her, reminding the blonde she needed to breathe.

She carefully pulled back to catch her breath, and allow Marik a glimpse to her flushed cheeks and neck.]

[Gods, he's wanted this for so long. To be even closer to Usagi than before. To feel her against his body, her hands exploring him, tasting her. He's absolutely in heaven right now.

When she pulls back, Marik offers her an equally as flushed smile, complete with a breathy chuckle.]

Usagi...

Y-yes Marik?

[The sound of her name on his lips sends a pleasant shiver down her spine. They’re both flushed and breathing hard from kissing each other. She’s unsure of what she should be doing.

Her fingers dip beneath the hem of his tank top, brushing against his skin. She doesn’t want to make him uncomfortable and will stop what she’s doing at any moment. ]

[Usagi could do anything and it wouldn't make him uncomfortable. He takes a moment to simply gaze at her lovingly, looking into those gorgeous blue eyes of her's. One hand still remains at the middle of her back while the other glides up to cradle the back of her head.]

I love you, Usagi. I truly do...
